SD Reflect – Solar Reflective Paint

The Product

We have incorporated a large volume of reflective glass into this unique Solar Reflective Paint. The result is a smooth, water based, exterior paint that reflects the suns rays. In fact it improves reflectivity by up to 32% over normal smooth paint.

The result of this is of course the fact that up to 32% less of the suns heat penetrates the painted surface, hence helping to keep the interior of any building, coated with this product, Cool.

SD Reflect is designed to be applied to surfaces previously coated with a High Build Textured paint such as those on Park Homes, Modular Buildings and  Concrete Render.

It also a high quality Masonry Paint, and Brick Paint.

Cooling

The product assists with cooling without using electricity it is therefore cost effective, and Environmentally Friendly

Lightweight

The glass used SD Reflect is incredibly light and its use reduces the weight of the paint by up to 20% from normal exterior paints, dependant on the colour.

Mildew and Mould Resistant

The glass content reduces the build up of moisture on the painted surfaces and hence SD Reflect is more mildew and mould resistant than normal paints.

Hardwearing

The small glass fragments  used in SD Reflect are extremely strong and the smaller they are the stronger they are, and the ones in SD Reflect are very small, so it’s dried film is extremely strong and hardwearing.

Colours
